OTTO

In 2013, River Tavern owner/chef Jonathan Rapp opened OTTO Pizzeria with Michelle Paulson as the marketing and "buzz" maker promoting his latest endeavor. With only 32 seats a simple marketing approach was needed utilizing a web presence and social media. Within one month of opening & posting on facebook, customer engagement soared to well over 600 "likes" which created a solid means of customer communication and a consistently packed OTTO.
